Allama Maqsood Domki slams facebook for gaging freedom of expression through closure of countless accounts.

MWM spokesman condemned the violation of freedom of expression and disregarding the voice of dissents.

While addressing a mourning congregation in Tando Mohammad Khan, he expressed these views.

Majlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen leader said that closure of hundreds of thousands of accounts show double standard.

Pakistanis have expressed dismay over discriminatory and biased policy of facebook. They say facebook served pro-Israel and pro-tyrants interests by so doing.

Meanwhile, Allama Domki said that facebook hypocrisy has unmasked the true face of Western world. That shows the actual values of the West, he said.


Due to worldwide reaction to illegal US airstrikes in Baghdad (Iraq), facebook managenent closed accounts in what appeared to support unlawful US attacks.

Millions of people have complained that facebook tried to cover up the US crime through it.

However, the funeral of Qassem Soleimani and Abu Mahdi Mohandis and other victims of US illegal airstrikes amounted to a slap to facebook as well.

Illegality of US airstrikes

However, ministers and government officials also visited Iran diplomatic missions to offer condolences. By and large, people blame Saudi-UAE pressure on Pakistan regime that the regime remain reluctant to represent national sentiment which remain in favour of Iran.
