Four Shia youths were taken into custody without any charge against them from Federal Capital Area Karachi on Saturday morning.
Reports had it that policemen clad in civilian clothes arrived in the area, stormed into the houses of four youths and hurled them into police vehicles.
The Shia youths are identified as Shiraz Abbas, Mehdi Abbas, Rajab Ali and Nadeem Shah. Family members are highly perturbed over the arrest. They said that it was tantamount to impose jungle law in Karachi.
They were trying to find the whereabouts of their sons. They have protested the arrests.
On the other hand, Shia parties have also condemned the arrest and demanded their release forthwith.
