Pakistan Day and Ayyam-e-Fatimiyyah being observed across the country

Pakistani Shia Muslims are observing Pakistan Day with simplicity due to Ayyam-e-Fatimiyyah (AS). Iranians too observe Nauruz with simplicity due to 10-days mourning on martyrdom anniversary of Hazrat Fatima Zahra (AS).

Clad in black, Shia Muslims hold mourning congregations and processions to pay homage to Great Lady and Spiritual Mother of all Shiites around the world namely Fatima Zahra (AS).

Of countrywide special programs, Shiite News covered a program of Pakistan Day in Karachi that was held under the aegis of Imamia Organisation (Female) in Karachi. Moassasa Arif Hussain al-Hussaini witnessed a well-attended program.

Speakers there said that Hazrat Fatima (AS) was praised in the writings of Allama Dr Mohammad Iqbal who was architect of ideology of Pakistan. They said that Hazrat Mohammad (PBUH), Hazrat Fatima (AS), Hazrat Ali (AS), Imam Hassan (AS), Imam Hussain (AS), Hazrat Salman and Hazrat Abu Zar were ideals of founding fathers of Pakistan.

They said that March 23 was the day in 1940 when many among the pioneers of Pakistan gathered in Lahore and unanimously adopted Pakistan Resolution that paved way for creation of Pakistan. They said that opponents of ideology of Pakistan were preferred and they plotted to sideline the ideology and ideals of founding fathers of Pakistan. Their plots led to separation of East Pakistan.

They said that they first conspired on ethnic lines and now their focus remained on sectarian schism. They said that Shia Muslims such as father of nation Mohammad Ali Jinnah, mother of nation Fatima Jinnah, Raja Sahib of Mehmoodabad, Ispahani family, Agha family led the movement of Muslims of undivided India and got independence from imperialists and enemies of Muslims forming Pakistan.

They said that Shia Muslims sacrifices were ignored and enemies of Pakistan ideology and remnants and proponents of Indian Congress were patronized by powers that be in Pakistan that brought fanaticism, violent extremism and terrorism in all over Pakistan. They urged that Pakistan Day’s message is loud and clear that true ideals of Pakistani ideology should be encouraged instead of tampering it.
