Protest in Islamabad Against Deprived, Starving Pakistani in Saudi Arabia

Pakistani workers are all set to protest today with a strike in Islamabad against the closure and downsizing of Saudi Arabian companies leaving them dry of their 11 months due wages.

Pakistan are afflicted with starvation due closure or downsizing policy of major companies in Saudi Arabia, including Saudi Binladin Group, Saad Construction and Saudi Oger company.

It is reported that Pakistanis belonging from Saghodha, Gujranwala, Faisalabad, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Muree, Sahiwal, Pakpatan and other areas of Punjab are gathering around Islamabad Press Club to protest the injustice.

A change is yet to be noticed despite Saudi Prince’s latest arrival in Pakistan and Prime Minister Mohammed Nawaz Sharif earlier apparent claims of immediate steps for a solve through Minister for Overseas Pakistanis, Pir Syed Sadaruddin Shah Rashidi.

Surprisingly, recent meeting of our PM and COAS with Saudi Prince two-days back, has yet to mentioned the prevailing turmoil which the nation faces lest it be hunger and starvation of innocent overseas Pakistanis in Saudi Arabia or terrorism at hand in Pakistan.
