Former leader of Pakistan People’s Party Habib Jan has said that notorious outlawed Yazidi takfiri nasbi terrorist outfits Lashkar-e-Jhangvi and Sipah-e-Sahaba are part of MQM in Karachi.
“Banned Lashkar-e-Jhangvi and Sipah-e-Sahaba are active in Muttahida Qaumi Movement,” Habib Jan who is now head of Friends of Lyari International, said in an interview.
Answering a question, he said if the banned Yazidi takfiri terrorist outfit Jundullah and its affiliates in pro-TTP Yazidi takfiri terrorist outfits were hiding in Lyari, it is the failure of security agencies and Sindh Government.
“The terrorists must be brought to book and punished. It is duty of the government and the security agencies to do so. There must be an end to the terrorism,” he said.
Habib Jan praised Shia leadership for identifying their enemies and allies of the enemies.
In the past, Chairman of Muhajir Qaumi Movement Afaq Ahmed also blamed the Altaf-led MQM for targeted murders of Shia Muslims in Karachi. Police and rangers also hinted at the MQM’s involvement in Shia killings.
