Ansarullah: We Will Not Abandon Palestinian Cause, Our Position Consistent

Member of the Political Bureau of Ansarullah Ali Al-Qahoum called upon Arabs to pull together to face the “deal of the century”, pointing out that “we cannot abandon the Palestinian issue and our position is consistent.”

“We have presented an initiative to the Saudi regime to release Palestinian detainees, from the resistance movement, Hamas, in exchange for the release of Saudi officers,” Al-Qahoum said in a phone call with Al-Mayadeen TV Channel, stressing that “the initiative is still in place.”

Al-Qahoum confirmed that “we have communication with the Palestinian resistance.”

Meanwhile, Al-Qahoum pointed out that if the siege continued on the Yemeni people, “we will implement our threat to hit targets in Saudi Arabia,” noting that “Saudi Arabia does not have the decision, but rather the US is the decision-maker.”

Earlier in the day, the head of the political bureau of the Islamic Resistance Movement, Hamas, Ismail Haniyeh expressed, in a letter to Ansarullah’s Political Bureau, great appreciation to all the people and leadership of Yemen.

Haniyeh praised the role of the people of Yemen for leadership and people in championing the Palestinian cause.

For his part, the Ansarullah Political Bureau affirmed the steadfast stance towards the Palestinian issue, as it is the central issue of the nation. It supports the steadfast of the resistance against the Zionist occupation and the adoption of its just and honorable options against the usurping Zionist entity.

On March 26, the Leader of the Revolution, Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr Al-Din Al-Houthi announced his complete readiness to release one of the captive pilots along with four Saudi aggressor officers and soldiers in exchange for the release of the kidnapped Hamas men.

In his speech marking the fifth anniversary of steadfastness, Al-Sayyed stressed the stability of the Yemeni people’s principled position in standing with the Palestinian people and condemned all forms of conspiracy against it.

Israeli media has confirmed that members from Hamas detained in Saudi Arabia were arrested at the request of the United States and Israel.
