Anasrullah’s spokesman blamed the Saudi-UN coalition for a possible explosion of Safer oil tanker off the coast of Yemen and repeat of an incident such as the Beirut explosion in his country.
Addressing the Saudi aggressor coalition, Mohammed Abdul Salam said: “Whoever launches a devastating war and killing against a nation (Yemen), and imposes the most severe siege on it will no longer care about the fate of a ship.”
Abdul Salam in another part of his speech strongly criticized the United Nations and its cooperation with the Saudi coalition, saying: “Anyone who removes killers of Yemeni children from the infamous list of children’s rights violators has no right to comment on humanity.”
UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres on June 15th in a questionable move removed the Saudi-led coalition from the infamous list of children’s rights violators years after it was blacklisted for killing children in Yemen.
After the explosion, last Tuesday in the port of Beirut and leaving a lot of human and financial damages in the pier of this city, the United Nations and the ousted government of Abdrabbuh Mansur Hadi have warned of the Safer oil tanker and the possibility of its explosion, blaming the Yemeni National Salvation Government for any possible incidents.
The Safer tanker has been anchored off the coast of western Yemen’s Al-Hudaidah province for the past four years, and Saudi aggressors have blocked Ansarullah forces from repairing the tanker carrying oil barrels.
