Japanese ship operator Kokuka Courageous has rebuffed US accusations against Iran for attacks on oil tankers in Gulf of Oman. The CEO of the company Yutaka Katada made this statement.
He said that damage could not have been caused by mines or torpedoes that are shot underwater.
Because the damage reported above the ship’s waterline.
The ship operator further said that flying objects that may have been bullets were the cause of damage to the vessel.
Most importantly, he ruled oud the possibility that Iranian forces-laid mines could have damaged the vessels.
Relevant add that British newspaper Independent and US daily New york Times also reported his stance.
Furthermore, Yutaka Katada, the CEO of Kokuka Courageous, said that the US has provided false information about what happened.
Noteworthy to cite that US President Donald Trump and Secretary of State Mike Pompeo have hurled false accusations against Iran.
However, Iran has turned down US charges.
