Deobandi Group of Darul Uloom Deoband attacked on Indian Shia Leader Maulana Taqi Abedi

Sada-e-Hussaini reported an attack on Maulana Taqi Agha in Ganga Nagar, Yakutpura (Hyderabad) at 11 pm on Friday while Maulana Taqi Agha was distributing food in the houses of poor. From past few nights Maulana was distributing ration to the poor in Ganga Nagar of Hyderabad, and last night gang members of notorious Hyder Zalzala attempted to attack Maulana Taqi Agha, on which the ladies responded that Maulana is here for distributing ration then the hooligans started abusing ladies but the poor ladies of the area confronted the gang and defended Maulana bravely and caused them to retreat, the goons while escaping from ladies damaged the car in which the ration of the poor and destitute was and also injured a youth. Police complaint was later lodged by the ladies last night.

They came to attack an Aaalim who was helping the destitute of the community by following in the footsteps of Imam Ali (as) who used to carry food during nights and distributed among poor. Indeed it’s an irony that a man like Maulana Taqi Agha who is following the seerat of Ahlul Bayt (as) by helping the downtrodden people, a man who never shy away from telling the truth and a man who never waits for people to organize programs and invite him but takes the initiative himself and organizes Islamic programs and serves the community without any expectations is labeled as Anti-Azadaar because he advocates the Imams (as) and spreads the instructions of Maraji. And those who abuse women and attack Ulamas are called Azadars.

“History will have to record that the greatest tragedy of this period of social transition was not the strident clamor of the bad people, but the appalling silence of the good people.”

What is more shocking than the vandalism of these goons is the appalling silence of the so called good people who are tolerating disrespect and misbehavior on our Ulama.
