Arbaeen azadari a clear message to the world: Iran

Iran government spokesman Ali Rabiei said on Monday that glorious Arbaeen rally carried a clear message to the world.

Particularly, he emphasised that Arbaeen mourning had a clear message to the region and the US.

Arbaeen became an opportunity where both Iran and Iraq showed that their interrelation transcended geographical and political separation.

Arbaeen azadari a clear message

He cited that over 3.5 million Iranians joined Arbaeen walk in Iraq. It shows that Iranian nation will not capitulate to the maximum economic pressures, Rabiei said.

The spokesman further said that Iran is not the one that keeps silent after being put under pressure

While speaking at his weekly press briefing, he thanked all organs in charge of handling the affairs consistent with Arbaeen rituals.

Notably, Arbaeen mourning ceremony remains the largest religious gatherings in the world. It marks the 40th day after the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Hussein (AS), the third Imam of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) Infallible Household.

Iran lauds cooperation of Iraq

Most importantly, Rabiei appreciated cooperation of the friendly Iraqi government exercised during such a great religious rally.

Moreover, he said that success of the Iranian nation and government deserve praise. Specially when Iran is suffering from unprecedented sanctions.

Meanwhile, he also underlined Arbaeen as an opportunity where both Iran and Iraq showed their interrelation transcended geographical and political separation.

Colonialism plots

Because, colonialism plotted against them and stirred sectarian and religious divide among the two Muslim nations during the past century.

In spite of marriage of convenience between Wahhabism and Colonialism, annual Arbaeen azadari from Najaf to Karbala in Iraq remains matchless.

Surprisingly, millions of pilgrims, mainly from Iraq and Iran, travel long routes on foot to Karbala during pilgramage for the holy shrine of Imam Hussein (AS).
