Muslim community must come to help of Palestinians

Ayatollah Moqtadayi says the situation on the ground in Palestine was critical, adding that the Muslim community must come to help of the Palestinian nation.

A member of the Iranian Assembly of Leadership Experts, Ayatollah Morteza Moqtadayi says the situation on the ground in Palestine was critical, adding that the Muslim community must take practical actions in support of the Palestinian nation.

The senior authority also told that the late founder of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Imam Khomeini launched his campaign in support of the Palestinian issue quite before laying the foundation of the republic.

Also director of the Qom school of Islamic studies, Moqtadayi said the late Imam pursed his support for the Palestinian issue as a key strategy following the victory of the Islamic Revolution in 1979.

The leadership expert said the serving Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Khamenei has kept the solid line in support of the Palestinian people.

“The Islamic Republic has been supporting the innocent Palestinian people and will never leave them alone,” Moqtadayi added.

The senior authority believed that Muslims from any walks of life or social stand must support the Palestinian nation by spiritual ort material ways “so that the resilient nation is further encouraged to stand against the Zionists with all its force”.
