Terror attacks leave 4 soldiers of Pak Army dead near AfPak border

The cross-border terror attack and another militant attack near border with Afghanistan left four soldiers of the Pakistan Army martyred.

According to ISPR, Another soldier sustained wounds.

Moreover, the first incident occurred in North Waziristan tribal district. There, militants opened fired on a routine patrolling party of security forces near Abba Khel area of Spinwam tehsil. Resultantly, 23-year-old Sepoy Akhtar Hussain, a resident of District Baltistan, embraced martyrdom.

However, two militants lost lives in the subsequent gunfight.

Furthermore, terrorists opened fire from across the Pak-Afghan border on Pakistan Army troops during border fencing.

Due to that terror attack, 3 soldiers embraced martyrdom while 1 got injured in the incident.
Meanwhile, the martyrs included: Lance Naiks Said Amin Afridi, 28, of Khyber; M Shoaib Swati, 31 of Manshera and Sepoy Kashif Ali, 22 of Nowshera.

Later in the day, the Foreign Office (FO) summoned the Afghan Charge d’ Affairs to lodge a formal protest against the firing incident.
