India kills a Kashmiri woman in AJK Abbaspur by snpire fire.
According to a police official Zulqarnain Chaudhry, the woman lost life yesterday.
Furthermore, he said that the fire came from India, across the boundary in the disputed Himalayan region.
Factually speaking, civilians death due to Indian firing and shelling has nothing new for Pakistanis, let alone Kashmiris.
Habitually, Indian trigger-happy forces kill Pakistanis and Kashmiri near LoC and working boundary at will.
However, Pakistan responds to India shelling and firing responsibly.
Incidentally, US Senators Chris Van Hollen and Maggie Hassan along with their staffers and US Chargé d’Affaires Ambassador Paul Jones were visiting Muzaffarabad.
Specially, they wanted to see the ground situation and gauge public sentiment following the illegal actions in occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
Meanwhile, the Foreign Offic issued a press release on that visit.
As per FO, the US Senators said that they would continue to urge India to lift the curfew. They also assured that they would ask India to release all prisoners as a first step.
Maj Gen Amer gave the visiting delegation a detailed briefing on the current situation at the Line of Control (LoC).
However, AJK Prime Minister also tweeted what he told to the US Senators Chris Hollen n Maggie Hassan.
Most importantly, he them that Kashmir isn’t a territorial dispute between India n Pakistan. But, it is an issue of future of Kashmiri nation. And It’ll be settled by the principal party [Kashmiris] on the basis of right to self determination
