Namaz-e-Janaza of three Shia Muslims including an officer of the FIA who were martyred in Quetta on Wednesday, was held on Thursday. Maulana Syed Hashim led the namaz-e-janaza at Bahisht-e-Zainab (A.S.) graveyard. Thousands of people attended the janaza namaz. The bodies were laid to rest in the graveyard after namaz-e-janaza.
The participants were chanting slogans: Labbaik Ya Hussain. They condemned the triple murder and demanded that the terrorists involved in it must be punished forthwith.
Three Shia Muslims were martyred on Mechanic-e Road. Victims’ heirs and relatives said that a nexus of banned terrorist outfits Sipah-e-Sahaba/Lashkar-e-Jhangvi/Taliban and their patrons were involved in the genocide of Hazara Shia Muslims.
Those martyred due to targeted firing were identified as Inspector Wilayat Hussain of Federal Investigation Agency, Anwar Hussain, an accountant of an AG Balochistan office and Abid Hussain, a folk artist.
They were friends. The armed terrorists on motorcycles targeted them when they were together. Bodies of the martyrs were shifted to the local hospital.
Genocide of Shia Muslims continue unabated in all over Pakistan but relevant government and state authorities have failed in thwarting the terrorism and terrorists involved in it.
