Saudi Kingdom says no to Umrah pilgrims from Pakistan

Saudi Kingdom says no to Umrah pilgrims from Pakistan while Pakistan suspends direct flight operations to Iran indefinitely.

According to a press release of the Aviation Division, in line with instructions of Saudi Arabia, Umrah pilgrims and tourist visa holders from Pakistan cannot travel to Saudi Arabia.

Moreover, Aviation Division also said that flight operation between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia is continuing as per schedule.

However, in line with Saudi Arabia instructions, the people holding work permit and permanent resident cards of Saudi Arabia face no restriction travel to Saudi Arabia.

Although China, South Korea and Italy remained the top three most affected countries due t Coronavirus, Pakistan has suspended direct flight operation to Iran.

People of Pakistan have expressed dismay over Wahhabi kingdom of Saudi Arabia for not allowing Umrah pilgrimage.

They also slammed government of Pakistan for closure of Taftan border with Iran and suspending direct flights Iran flights.

On the one hand, Saudi Arabia is targeting Sunni and Shia Muslims of the world and mainly from Pakistan by not allowing Umrah pilgrimage

And on the other hand, PTI government seems to have bowed to Saudi pressure against Iran.
