Jaffaria Alliance Pakistan (JAP) President Allama Abbas Kumaili on Wednesday condemned the conspiracy to provoke sectarian violence in the economic nerve of the country, and demanded the government to beef security in the country during further Muharram processions.Â

Organization (ISO), Majlis-e-Wahdate Muslameen (MWM), Â Markazi Tanzeem-e-Aza, Imamia Organization, Shia Ulema council, Heyat-e-Aema Masjid and others were also present on the occasion. Allama Kumaili said that the bomb blast in Ashura procession was a preplanned conspiracy to destroy the peace of metropolis saying that we have continuously indicated the government about the concerns regarding terrorists attack in Muharram processions. He regretted that some elements were hatching the plot of sectarian violence for their vested interests despite the massive loss of human lives in the incident. He further said that these perpetrators of inhumane act want to destabilize the country by damaging the economic activities in the Karachi. He applauded the role of Karachiites, who exposed the conspiracy of violence in the city by being united after the incident. Allama Kumaili demanded the government to immediately grant the financial compensation to the victims of Ashura incident. He said, â€œTerrorists elements want to destroy the religious harmony in the metropolis. The peaceful funeral prayers of the martyrs of Ashura carnage have shown that the mourners were not involved in any riot. After the bomb blast mourners were trying to get control back on the discipline of the procession, while they were moving towards their destination to end the Ashura procession peacefully.â€He applauded the peaceful and courageous behaviour of mourners of Imam Hussain (AS) saying that the bloody bomb blast in the procession could not force the mourners to put an end to their march and they moved towards their destination at Iranian hall. He announced that the Soyem of Ashura martyrs will be observed today (Thursday) at Britto Road Shah-e-Khurasan after Maghrib prayers.
