Has Federal Interior Minister surrendered to terrorists?

shiitenews rehaman malikWhat has happened to federal interior minister Rehman Malik? He has retracted from his earlier statement that he was ignorant of a ban on Ahl-e-Sunnat wal Jamaat, a renamed version of banned terrorist outfit Sipah-e-Sahaba.
The statement published and aired by print and electronic media said that four organizations including one Ahl-e-Sunnat wal Jamaat was banned.
The statement was welcome by civil society and victims of terrorism and their families. It seems that terrorists are free to work only after renaming them. Otherwise, federal interior minister would not have been ignorant of what Ahl-e-Sunnat wal Jamaat does mean for his ministry?
Ahl-e-Sunnat wal Jamaat is not a mainstream party but it is the renamed version of Sipah-e-Sahaba who the government had banned. Ban means the party cannot work under any name.
Federal interior minister has disappointed the vast majority of people of Pakistan by surrendering to the one terrorist outfit. Federal Interior Minister has nothing to say in his defence. He should have in depth information about the outfit and its background.
Shia and Sunni bralevis and non-Muslims were killed by Sipah-e-Sahaba and its offshoot Lashkar-e-Jhangvi. That was the reason that a ban was imposed on both of these outfits in the past. Then, they changed their name and started working under new name. What does it mean? Is there any sort of permission that terrorists can work merely by changing their name?
It means government has no objection to terrorism they perpetrate but name matters? Civil society and victims of terrorism and their heirs have demanded of the government, President Asif Zardari, Prime Minister and interior ministry and to all relevant officials please put a ban on notorious terrorist outfits and please don’t surrender to them. It is totally unfair and unjust to disappoint the patriot and peace-loving citizens of Pakistan. Pakistan must be a safe-heaven to Pakistani citizens first.
