Pir Ejaz Hashmi slams Saudi monarchy over shrines demolition in Jannatul Baqi graveyard in Madinah.
On the anniversary of demolition of Jannatul Baqi shrines of Ahl-e-Bayt (AS) and Sahaba (Companions) of Prophet Hazrat Mohammad (PBUH), he spoke on the issue.

While talking to Jamiat Ulema Pakistan (JUP) Noorani officials in Lahore, the JUP-Noorani leader lamented the dilapidated condition of Jannatul Baqi.
The Sunni Bralevi leader asked Saudi regime to apologise for the demolition of sacred and historical graveyard Jannatul Baqi (Madinah).
He said that Saudi royal palaces illuminate while graves of Ahle Bayt (AS) (beloved progeny) and companions (Sahaba) of Hazrat Mohammad (PBUH) turned into ground with sand with only a ruined stone over there.
Meanwhile, Pir Ejaz Hashmi said that House of Saud (Saudi monarchy) mortified feelings of the entire Islamic Ummah through sacrilegious razing of the sacred tombs, shrines and graves in Jannat ul Baqi.
He also slammed Saudi regime for siege of ruined shrines and ruined graves of Ahl-e-Bayt (AS) in Jannatul Baqi.
He suggested that Saudi regime must apologise for this heinous crime and rebuild and revives its sacred status to its pre-demolition position.
The JUP-Noorani leader said Saudi monarchy is portraying itself shifting from religious extremism to liberalism and allowing night clubs, casinos.
He suggested that pilgrimage to the Jannatul Baqi shrines would also become a source of income through religious tourism.
