Hafiz Husain Noori, Majlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen’s district president of Skardu chapter, has said that had provincial governments adopted serious steps after Kohistan tragedy, we are sure Chilas tragedy wouldn’t have occurred.
Speaking at a press conference, he said, neither Khyber Pukhtoonkhwa’s government nor Gilgit-Baltistan government adopted serious measures therefore terrorists felt free to do what they deem fit for their ferocious agenda.
He said that the terrorists who perpetrated terrorism in Kohistan and Chilas, in fact, defamed Pakistan worldwide.
Allama Noori recalled that 18 Shia Muslims were brutally murdered in Kohistan tragedy. He said that dozens of Shia Muslims were massacred in Chilas tragedy. He said that they were murdered ferociously and their macabre killings proved that terrorists were not human beings, let alone Muslims.
He said that the federal and provincial governments have lost confidence and trust of people in them.
