Allama Raja Nasir condemns blast at Shia Ismaili Bohra Mosque in Karachi

Majlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen has condemned the terrorist bombing at Shia Ismaili Bohra’s mosque and targeted murders of Shia Muslims in Punjab and Khyber Pukhtoonkhwa province on Friday.

 “Takfiri terrorists are active in all over Pakistan. They bombed mosque of Shia Ismaili Bohra in Karachi and ambushed Shia social worker and philanthropist in Gujranwala’s Ramzan Pur today. They pose existential threat to all Pakistanis hence operation Zarb-e-Azb must be expanded to every nook and cranny of Pakistan,” Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jafari of the MWM said in a statement issued here from Wahdat House on Friday.

MWM’s secretary general further said that Shia Isna Ashari (Twelver)’s mosques were bombed first and then Christians churches came under attack. Before that, he said, they massacred innocent schoolchildren and female teachers in Peshawar.

“Powers that be must sense the gravity of situation and expand the military and intelligence operations and intensify raids on all takfiri networks. Military courts must be finalized and ought to begin trial of the notorious terrorists and all the condemned takfiris should be hanged in public. All this should be done without any further delay,” Allama Jafari.

He reiterated his demand that pro-terrorism and pro-takfiri seminaries should also be raided and their clerics and students should also be brought to book for preaching fanaticism and terrorism and sheltering the takfiri militants at seminaries many of who have been mentioned in the statements of government and security officials.

He also condemned the terrorist attack on Shia Muslims in Charsaddah and murder of Shia trader Ghulam Abbas of Kalar Syedan in Dera Ismail Khan.

All Shia parties mainly Shia Ulema Council, Tehrik-e-Nifaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafaria Pakistan and their supporters also condemned the takfiri terrorism and latest blast and targeted murders.
