Thousands of Shia Muslims thronged Lahore High Court to express solidarity with Allama Ghulam Raza Naqvi, eminent Shia leader who has been acquitted in all but one case.
Allama Ghulam Raza Naqvi, was implicated in many false cases of attacks on and murders of nasbi takfiri terrorists of notorious terrorist group banned Lashkar-e-Jhangvi/Sipah-e-Sahaba. Allama Ghulam Raza Naqvi has filed appeal against the judgment in a case of murderous attempt.
The judge has announced that next hearing on the appeal of Mr. Naqvi will be held on November 6.
More than a hundred children and leaders and workers of Majlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen reached the Lahore High Court to mark solidarity with Allama Ghulam Raza Naqvi. They also staged sit-in outside of the LHC to protest against the delaying of hearings of appeal of Ghulam Raza Naqvi since 2006.
The MWM members and children were raising slogans of Labbaik Ya Mahdi (AS) and Labbaik Ya Imam-e-Zaman (AS). They demanded that justice be done to Allama Ghulam Raza Naqvi without any delay.
The family members of Allama Naqvi, and MWM leaders Maulana Ahmed Iqbal, Maulana Waqar ul Hasnain and Mazahairi Shigri were also present at the hearing.
Allama Ghulam Raza Naqvi is co-founder of Sipah-e-Muhammad Pakistan that was formed in reaction to pogrom/genocide of Shia Muslims by takfiri terrorists of Sipah-e-Sahaba and Lashkar-e-Jhangvi.
Allama Ghulam Raza Naqvi has been put behind the bars for more than 16 years. No charge against him has yet been proved. He was wrongly sentenced to death for murderous attempt on Azam Tariq in Sargodha because Azam Tariq was a notorious terrorist of takfiri terror group Sipah-e-Sahaba. Azam Tariq was mastermind of pogrom of Shiites.
