Zarb e Azb in its final stage, Pakistan Army has evicted terrorists from the area: Army Chief

Army Chief General Raheel Sharif visited South Waziristan and inaugurated multiple development projects. Army Chief said that terrorists will not be allowed to come back. Operation Zarb e Azb has entered in its final stage and army will not go back till the job is fully done. Army Chief inaugurated a Cadet College, gird station of 132 KVK and a trunk road from DI Khan to Tanak. Army Chief, while talking at the inauguration, urged the tribals to continue their support to the ongoing security and rehabilitation operations in order to establish long-term peace in the area. He said that we have been paying the price for the success of operation and will not allow terrorists to come back, at any cost. General Raheel Sharif said that army will not leave the area until the eradication of terrorists. Operation Zarb e Azb is in its final stage and terrorists have been successfully ousted with the support of the nation. The army chief also appreciated the support lent by the tribals of the area, and paid a tribute to their sacrifices and said that employment opportunities will be provided to local people and their standard of life will be improved. He aslo assured the locals that entire rehabilitation plan will be fully executed and the IDPs will return as per plan to a better and infra-structurally much developed region. The tribal elders thanked the army chief for fulfilling his promises.
