Lahore: 6 terrorists of banned takfiri organization LeJ arrested
Shiite News: CTD has arrested 6 terrorists who allegedly belong to outlawed terrorist group LeJ during raids in two different areas of Lahore city. According to CTD spokesperson, raids were conducted upon information of terrorists’ presence in Lahore and Umar Sajid Jhangvi, Hidayat Ullah and Muhammad Sadiq were arrested from College road whereas Inam ul Haq, Ata Ullah and Muhammad Yaseen were arrested from Baidiyan road. Arrested terrorists allegedly belong to banned organization Lashkar e Jhangvi.
Umar Sajid Jhangvi was a resident of Ahmed Pur Siyal, district Jhang, Muhammad Sadiq was from Liayqat pur, district Raheem Yar Khan whereas Hidayat Ullah, Inam ul Haq, Ata Ullah and Muhammad Yaseen were residents of Lahore.
A large amount of explosives, detonators, arms and other material used in terrorism acts were discovered from terrorists. Cases have been filed against the militants under terrorism acts.
LeJ is included in most extremist sectarian organization of Pakistan that had killed hundreds of Shia Muslims during 90s and it also claimed the responsibility of the recent Parachinar bomb blast.
