Quran-O-Ahl-e-Bait (AS) Conference to be held on Sunday at all cost: MWM

hyd mwm pcMajlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen has vowed that their public meeting will be held in Hyderabad on Sunday March 24 at all cost.
“We demand government to provide security and if they can’t do so, our scouts will shoulder this responsibility,” said Allama Mukhtar Imami, provincial secretary general of the MWM at a press conference on Thursday. Allama Imdad Nasimi, Allama Sadiq Raza Taqvi and Nasir Hussaini of the MWM were also present.

Allama Imami said that the police has refused to give security clearance but we have finalized our arrangements to hold Quran-O-Ahl-e-Bait (AS) Conference at 2 p.m. on Sunday.

“The government and police failed to defeat terrorists and they try to create bottlenecks in the way of the patriot and law abiding MWM’s anti-terrorism conference,” he said.

The MWM leader said that the conference of the MWM is being held to mobilize public opinion against the terrorists and promote the message of unity and fraternity. He said that the takfiri terrorists have destroyed the peace and fabrics of society by their nefarious activities.

“We wand and Pakistani nation need zero tolerance against these terrorists. They must be eliminated,” he demanded.

Allama Imami was of the view that hundreds of thousands of people would attend the conference that would be held on Hyderabad Bypass. He and other leaders of the MWM accompanied by him warned that they would not tolerate any plot against the holding of the conference. They said that the government should shoulder its responsibility by providing security instead of making lame excuse of security threat.

They cited that the government and police officials are also under constant threat but they don’t care the terrorists and continue to perform their duties by adopting foolproof security. Hence, they should provide foolproof security for this conference too.
