NAP not implemented in Interior Sindh: Security Report
Shiite News: A major security department of the country has expressed concerns over non-implementation of the National Action Plan in interior Sindh. The report issued by the department states that the plan needs to be implemented on a larger scale in order to establish peace in Karachi and in the province at large.
According to Geo news, the report regarding the security conditions of the country further says that banned organizations have made sanctuaries in interior Sindh and no enforcement of the NAP is seen there that is a great threat to the security.
According to the report, sanctuaries of outlawed organizations and sleeper cells in interior Sindh need to be eradicated for establishing enduring peace in the province, including Karachi. It further says that the attack on Hyderabad jail was foiled due to on-time action by intelligence agencies.
The report also stressed the need that provincial and federal leaders make sure that NAP be effectively implemented in interior Sindh.
