16th martyrdom anniversary of great martyr Ali Nasir Safavi being observed

Admirers of great Shia martyr Ali Nasir Safavi are commemorating the 16th anniversary of his martyrdom today (Friday). Safavi and his wife embraced martyrdom in 2000.

To target him, the U.S. CIA-led operation began in front of his old mother and two little daughters at his rental house in Joharabad of district Chakwal near Pakistani capital Islamabad. He was the first martyr of the Shia Muslim community of Pakistan, who was ferociously murdered extra-judicially in the joint operation of CIA and their local agents.
The credible sources informed the Shiite News that the CIA officials directly monitored the entire operation of the forces. They believed that the Americans were interested to arrest the Safavi alive but he put stiff resistance hence CIA-led operators failed in their planned mission.
The Joharabad police of Chakwal district refused to register the FIR of extra judicial murder. The Sessions Judge also didn’t do justice when approached. Lahore High Court ordered FIR registration, which was challenged in the Supreme Court by the government.
But owing to intrepid and incessant legal struggle of the leading Ulema and his companions, the Supreme of Pakistan also upheld the LHC verdict allowing the registration of the FIR of the extra-Judicial killing of great Shia martyr Ali Nasir Safavi.
He was one of the real solider of Imam-e-Zamana (ajtf). He was the close aide of great martyr Dr Mohammad Ali Naqvi and spent his entire life for the supremacy of Islam and against the aggressive imperialist policies of US administration.
He belongs to the District Jhang of Punjab and also worked under Allama Arif Hussaini Al-Hussaini at a younger age.
Note: Shiite News are requested all the followers of Imam-e-Zamana (ajtf) to offer fateha to rest of the departed soul of great martyr Ali Nasir Safavi and his great wife who followed the true path of Ahl-e-Bait (AS) and also organize the mourning congregations to keep martyr’s memories alive.
