Pakistani nation has vowed to largely turn out of their homes and offices to observe 6th September annual National Defence Day to pay tribute to the martyrs of 1965 war after armed forces have planned special programmes this year.
Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Director General (DG) Major General Asif Ghafoor on Friday said that the nation will pay tribute to its martyrs and their families on September 6.
In his tweet on Friday, the ISPR DG said: “Every Pakistani will Inshaa Allah be part of this unique campaign reaching out to their families, home, street, mohalla, village, city, province & place of Martyrdom. Lets (let us) salute their sacrifice. Details soon.”
He said that the martyrs and their families are the real heroes and assets of the nation.
