MWM announces protest demonstrations against Hazarganji suicide bombing

Majlis Wahdat-e-Muslimeen (MWM) Secretary General Allama Raja Nasir Abbas has announced demonstrations to be staged across Pakistan on Friday to register protest against genocide of Hazara Shia community in Quetta.
He made this announcement yesterday, addressing a press conference in Quetta where he had arrived to share condolences with the heirs of martyrs of Hazarganji suicide bombing.
Allama Raja Nasir said that he and his party supports the legitimate demands of those Hazara community notables staging sit-in against Shia genocide on Western Bypass but he and his party opposed the speeches being made against the interest of Pakistan that are dangerous for national security.
He demanded that the federal government must ensure implementation of NAP. He said frequent attacks against the Hazara Shia community were giving a message to the world that Pakistan was not safe.
However, he said, no one was safe in Quetta. Along with ordinary masses, security personnel too had been martyred he said, adding that it raised questions over capabilities of the government. He said the state must act without further delay, because the people were tired of lifting the coffins of their loved ones.
Meanwhile, more workers of the (MWM) joined in the protest and announced their support for the Hazara Shia community.
